**Service Manager**

Luke grew up in a military family and lived all over the U.S. and Panama. His father retired to Annapolis where Luke attended Junior & Senior High School.
Luke has a diverse employment background that trained him well for managing the service needs of our customers. His first job was in purchasing for Anne Arundel County, and in 1978, he came to Hartge’s to work with Nick Schlegel’s travel lift crew. After a few years in the yard, he became a yacht broker selling new and used boats for Hartge Yacht Sales. When the luxury tax ruined most boat manufacturing and sales were dismal, Luke moved into commercial construction for a few years. He then returned to the marine industry and became our Service Manager.
Luke has a working knowledge in most every aspect of boats and boatyards. He has good rapport with employees and customers. He always sees the big picture with attention to detail.
In Luke’s free time, he enjoys running, working with horses, and spending time of the bay aboard his Center-Console.

Wayne Graham

Service Manager

Wayne started working with boats in 1999. His career began in fiberglass, gelcoat and paint before moving on to other areas of service here at Hartge Yacht Yard. He is usually one of the first people to arrive at the yard in the morning. Wayne grew up in Deale, and currently lives in Prince Frederick. He spends his spare time with this wife and four children.

Great service yard!

Had a great experience with the service department. I had a last-minute issue with my tachometer, and even though it is their really busy season, they fixed it in short order. Great outfit!
